That one page looks like it's about malware that was in particular picture file uploaded to the service.
Interesting... it stops me too if I use the "cdn1." URL.
I've all along seen all the pictures fine and since you get to imggmi.com (and I don't either to cdn1.imggmi.com), something else is going on.
Which browser you use and can you try any other?
My Chrome works, but IE won't show these pictures (while it does show smilies, whenever they work...)
I'm suspecting it's your browser that block the pics, one way or another?

Well, I just put everything to Gifyu (except I still have the smilies to do).
For a moment after putting in the new board graphics, Quick Reply box was missing.
I was already panicking "what the hell did I do?", but it must've just been my browser messing with me...
