Hello and happy new year!

Hi all of you. emoticon

I've been away dealing with one disaster after the other.

I mentioned that my dog died at the end of November, then my kids' dad the following week, and over the next few weeks I just needed time out from the internet to get my head together.

Then over the holidays, while my family were visiting, my computer died. I have a back up computer but it's not reliable, and keeps on crashing because of RAM issues, so I had to wait for the insurers to approve the replacement, which happened over the weekend.

I've spent a couple of days setting it up, still not completely done yet, but at least it's usable. It's a joy to be able to sit on the couch watching TV with a computer on my lap again.

I'm happy again. So I'll be around now. emoticon

I hope you all had a good Christmas, and are looking forward to a happy and healthy new year.

We went off on a trip last weekend to the mountains, and are hoping there'll be more trips in the next months.

Edit to add: Kaunisto I love what you've done with the place. Very, very nice.

Thanks K. Time has flown by. I can't believe it's almost two months since my life fell apart.

I've been very busy for four days getting my computer set up. All done now so tomorrow it's back to work.
