Not that I have much sympathy, but I'd imagine that being a muslim teen from middle Asia hasn't been fun last ten years in US. Doing well at schools isn't very accurate measure of well-being.
I'm sure they got some grief but then again so do the shy kids, so do the fat kids, and just about everyone else. Contrary to what a lot of people seem to think people in the U.S. don't treat those of Islamic faith like they have they plague. We treat them just like anyone else until given a reason not to. Sadly they always seem to give us a reason not to.

But we all know the well-to-do gets special treatment, especially when they break the law. There were 75 killed and 200 injured at the West, Texas Fertilizer Co. Americans are programed to believe this is a freak accident but it is the result of special treatment given to companies that put profits ahead of public safety. There were no firewalls to keep a possible fire away from the 270 ton ammonium nitrate bomb in the plant. There was no containment area to prevent an ammonium gas leak from killing the entire town. These things cost money.
I can't wait to see how this one plays out in the courts but we already know the owners will get a slap on the wrist and taxpayer funding to rebuild a new plant and cover their losses. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev the 19 year old bomber kid that was easily manipulated by his psychotic big brother will probably get the death penalty. Sokol showed us the proper way for us to release our rage.
Re: The very rich don't get special treatment in our laws. Sure some people manage to get away with shorter sentences but it's not always because they're rich.

What happened to the 4th amendment?
Why are the taxpayers turning the U.S. into a police state?
Where is the outrage?
It's not about having nothing to hide, it's about exercising our constitutional rights before we lose them. Bostonians are an embarrassment to the Sons of Liberty. Shame on you Boston.
I had a thought on this when I was watching it all on the tv. I wonder how many people got arrested on irrelevant drug charges when police searched homes looking for the boston bomber. I have no doubt that the media would not report any of that. Mo can file this under "conspiracy theories".
That being said though, while this event happened in Boston, seeing all that happend made me realize that it could have happenend anywhere and that we should not rush to judge and put blame on Bostonians. What are we to do? Put up a defense and attempt to block police from searching our homes? This same event might and probably will happen again elsewhere and I'm not so sure that us common folk can do anything to prevent it from occuring.
