Re: Re:

Scunny 1 Preston 1

Hume (13) (Preston)
Barcham (87) (Scunny)

New season, same old tripe. No forwards with any cutting edge and a sluggish pair of centre backs will be the bane of us again this season.

Hearts 3 Aberdeen 0

Novikovas (24) (Hearts)
Sutton (35, 52) (Hearts)

Scunny 1 Oldham 2

Mellor (16) (Oldham)
Dagnall (63) (Scunny)
Smith (82) (Oldham)
Mvoto sent off (90) (Oldham)

New season, same old shite. That was painful, epecially since Oldham were dire, we were even worse.

Re: Re:

Scahlke aren't a poor team either!

Hearts got thumped 5-0 at home to Tottenham in the first leg of the Europa League qualifying. That makes their second leg almost meaningless I'm afraid.

Hearts 0 Tottenham 5

Van der Vaart (5) (Tottenham)
Defoe (13) (Tottenham)
Livermore (28) (Tottenham)
Bale (63) (Tottenham)
Lennon (78) (Tottenham)

Weekend's fixtures:

Charlton V Scunny (4-0) (Today)

Kilmarnock V Hearts (1-0) (Tomorrow)

Chelsea V West Brom (3-1) (Today)

Re:

Back to normal: Schalke - HJK 6-1

Though those aren't quite fair numbers. At least one of the two penalty shots - that Schalke got in very decicive moments - was very questionable. For first half it looked pretty good, 2-1 so the needed two more goals, but right at 49mins the second penalty messed HJK totally.

On the positive, we may have just witnessed the birth of new Finnish star. Teemu Pukki scored all three HJK goals in these games and scared Schalke defence few times more. He certainly got lots of international attention there.

Edit: if you can't win 'em, join 'em: Pukki transfers to Schalke!
