Re: Help with avatars
Excellent Linzi - well done. now anyone else who doesn't have an avatar - do you want some help or can you sort yourselves out? Avatars are fun they make the page look interesting.
Let's see how creative you can be - if you want some help I have a few websites with cute pictures.

Re: Help with avatars
Morwena, This is what5 I'd like to use as my avatar, can you look at it and perhaps, when you have time, put it on my avatar space please? It's 10 to 1 if I try the whole place will go bang.... many thanks, Erasmus

Re: Help with avatars
How's this version?
http://i27.tinypic.com/fp8ks6.jpg
The one you posted is a little too small and will be blurry when used as an avatar.

Re: Help with avatars
That is lovely Skokey - now we have to help Erasmus put it in place.
Erasmus follow these instructions exactly:
http://i27.tinypic.com/fp8ks6.jpg
Drag you mouse over the http........jpg thing above, make sure you copy everything or if you can't do that copy it exactly as it is written.
Go to the top of the main site page (home) page and click on 'control panel'.
You will come to a white screen.
On the left you will see: "change miscellaneous settings"
Click on that, then you will come to a screen with the gray box, in the box right at the top you will see a white area for the avatar information.
Put all the text you copied i.e from http through to jpg int here make sure you do not leave any spaces in between and check that you have it all.
Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'save settings'
You will be back on the control panel page then look for a link back to the board, above the four box - 'back to Anything Goes' and voila = you'll be back on the home page.
Unfortunately I don't have access to your control panel or i would do it for you, try it. It's easy.
