Keeps getting worse, not sure I've ever seen that thermometer (which has been on the exact same spot at least twenty years) show over 31C.
There was official Lapland area record over 33C today.
They say last two summers official records nowhere in Finland ever got over 30C and it's not like those were cool years, far from it.
Harvests are suffering all over Nordics.
Climate change eh?

Yeah, I don't remember back in previous decades there ever being more than two days in row of what we've now had a week.
Finally some rain, but so far that pretty much just adds humidity to the heat.

Re:
Only another month or so then the cold will begin. Then we'll have the heat coming back to us.

Re: How's your weather today #4
Heat still continues, maybe some thunder in couple days.
But just enough clouds tonight for me to miss the eclipse.

Re:
We saw the eclipse. It was wonderful.
We're having a wonderful spring day today. Winter in South Africa is amazing.

Re: Re:
We've had some belting thunderstorms over the past few days. They're forecast to stop now though and we'll be back to scorching temperatures by midweek.
Saw a bit of the eclipse on Thursday night, but it was pointless last night with the clouds and rain showers.

Re: How's your weather today #4
It's been over two weeks of 30C.
I don't remember ever in my lifetime there being one week like this.
